It is absolutely wonderful to see you write a poem again. It's been a long time since I have seen a poem from the people who were so dear to me here, in my adolescence. Perhaps you do not remember me, which is fine, my username has changed since than. Once upon a time I was Tainted Miko, and it was a joy to call you my friend.

It appreciate your poem - it gave words to some of the utter hopelessness I feel about the political and economic situation in the United States. You ended the poem with hope, and I think I needed to be called to have more of it.

Ive been going through a lot of your old work after having read this, and I think I speak for more than myself when I say this so... please keep writing.
