The walk in darkness

Walking through the dark
Hoping to for a form of light
But the light was taken away
Far away from my grasp that day
When all else fail and life was erased
My life erased from the world that very day
Seeing no light of day
All I saw was darkness
Something that stole my heart away
Something that stole my family away
Something that stole my life away
Will I ever have them back
Could I ever get them back
Ducking and dodging all those bullets
That placed me into that state of attack
That made me into what I am and what I will become
A demon not angel nor man
Nor human with no path
Just the walk in darkness still looking for some light
Light I will never find I guess there is no need to fight....

    We all have those demons that seem to hold us back but dwelling on the past won't help.

    Hoping to for a form of light
