On the third day of winter
me good mate sent to me
three mangy mongrels

and a koala up a gum tree.

On the forth day of winter
me good mate sent to me
four long neck coldies
three mangy mongrels
two bonfires blazing
and a koala up a gum tree.

On the fifth day of winter
me good mate sent to me
five slabs o' beer
four long neck coldies
three mangy mongrels
two bonfires blazing
and a koala up a gum tree.

On the sixth day of winter
me good mate sent to me
six chooks to barby
five slabs o' beer
four long neck coldies
three mangy mongrels
two bonfires blazing
and a koala up a gum tree.

On the seventh day of winter
me good mate sent to me
seven okka sheilas
six chooks to barby
five slabs o' beer
four long neck coldies
three mangy mongrels
two bonfires blazing
and a koala up a gum tree

On the eighth day of winter
me good mate sent to me
eight dinkum goon bags
seven okka sheilas
six chooks to barby
five slabs o' beer
four long neck coldies

On the ninth day of winter

nine VB cartons
eight dinkum goon bags
seven okka sheilas
six chooks to barby

On the tenth day of winter
me good mate sent to me
ten mates to down them
nine VB cartons
eight dinkum goon bags

On the eleventh day of winter
me good mate sent to me
eleven drunks a-singing
ten mates to down them
