Throught the looking glass

by DarkLight   Jun 9, 2016

Through the looking glass,
my life I have seen.
Tough walls made of brass
sorrounds me.
So cold my heart has turned
pushing everyone out
only to lock the doors from inside.

Through the looking glass,
my soul I will cleanse.
Wash it to be white as snow
and reconnect with everyone I know.

Through the looking glass
I noticed
for far too long I stayed in the darkness
and finally my time to step out into the brightness
and taste the glory of my own righteousness.

I like the idea of this piece of yours ,it's more of a personal reflection to change what you weren't doing right like being so introverted.Opening ourselves to others sometimes help.we are human afterall ,we're no island.Kudos on the good work.
