What a beautifully descriptive and well rhymed poem, Meena.
I often find that when writing rhyming poetry, the imagery and description can be lost as one is so caught up in getting the rhymes right, but you have struck a perfect balance here. I particularly like the half rhyme in the last stanza: "moment" and "lament". Another tricky thing with rhyming poetry - finding rhymes that aren't used all the time, and those two words certainly aren't.
