It's amongst us |
A desperate plea, I see this as, that needs to be heard across the world. None of us chose to be born within a particular border; none of us chose the color of our skin, or to be born rich or poor. We are all in this struggle together, and we will succeed in working together. The only thing, as you mention, I think holds us back -- is religion. A shame that something so positive and romantic is used degenerately. |

Thank you Stephen for your thoughtful comments. It is sad we can't just be nice to each other. Generation after generation learning hate all over again, and for what? |

This is just a message from the heart! Seems like a stream of water releasing itself heartily. I love this bit this most, |

Thank you so much! It came to me just like that, it's sad to think our world is like this. |

Brenda, this is an enthralling, powerful write with a great message that (and I'm not religious) we should love our neighbours because if we look closely we are all the same just in different bodies. |

Thank you so much Em! I really appreciate the nomination too! I like to think we are part of the same race, the human one-so why all the conflict? I've always believed our children are what we teach them-if they are spoonfed hate all their lives they grow up teaching their children the same. Sad state of affairs we deal with. I'm really glad you liked it-take care-Brenda |
