Best Friends (not anymore)

I thought she was my bestest friend
That we'll stick together till the end
But now that I know the truth
It made me turn cold & blue

I wish this didn't have to happen
That she had stayed the same person
The fact that we are far apart
Made me have a broken heart

Even though we still call each other friends
It's not the same as it was before
Cause when I need a helping hand
I can't depend on her no more

Each and every night I pray
That she will finally see
How much I want our friendship back
And how much she means to me
