Hello,

reading this makes me wonder about wealth and its merits. Does money make a person happy? I think not - a person can be happy from the simple things in life. If a person is insecure they often feel the need to cover/ mask their life with 'stuff'. This poem highlights that sad fact. The need to buy high end fashion in order to seek approval from others. But, really the approval and sense of being 'okay' can only come from oneself.

A lovely written rhyming poem that sends out a clear message.
