What a gem. Makes me think of the quote "I would rather be a child with skimmed knees than an adult with a broken heart" or something like that because kids (more or less) have no responsibility. I feel in school we should be taught about life properly. |

Well, these life lessons should begin at home with the family, with the parents. I am looking forward to the day when I have my own family. I want to teach my children the way of pure love! |
What a lovely piece kip. Well done. |

I really liked this a lot, brought back a lot of good memories when you were a kid and didn't have all the worries that wear you down as an adult. I try to tell my adult kids with kids of their own to take those moments and just enjoy them-they are far too fleeting. I find I'm at an age now where I can enjoy myself more and laugh and be silly-just to be, nothing more. Well done- |

Thanks! For the comment. If only I could turn back the hands of time. I miss those moments too, now it's hard to even have time for yourself. The busyness changes everything about you, including your mood! |

Awww, this just crumpled my heart, so true, how I wish I never have grown up...but no, that cannot be. Beautiful, touching poem. |
