You words paint such a sad picture for the reader. Although it's in the misc. section it feels, to me, as if it should be listed under sad poems...it's a sort piece by your usual standards. I loved the melancholy tone you managed to achieve in such a short poem.

A lovely flow to this poem that really does pull at the heart strings.
As Hellon alludes to, this is a different write compared to what I have read of your work previously, but it is excellent nonetheless.
