I like this one. There's a tint of sadness and an inspiring tale that's unfolding in every line. I'd take 'kite' as a metaphor for freedom and happiness. We should all go and fly a kite! Haha. Nicely penned!

Thanks for sharing - sad but enlightening. We all have our inner struggles but sometimes hide ourselves from others/isolate ourselves. When a person is in pain, naturally they want help, but a person tends to habitually burn bridges at the same time. We must rely on our own love before we can rely on anothers.
