Wings (Acrostic)

by stormingdance (Lessa)   Aug 16, 2016

Wearily little sparks of life flutter
Into the great abyss - chasing away
Nightmare's frozen
Grasp on our dreams
Shattering fear.

What a beautiful done acrostic. The imagery is wonderful and it's such a pleasure to read time, and again.

Nicely executed acrostic. To me it was like a hundred tiny moths or fireflis being disturbed into the night air; offering luminous relief from the darkness.

    Well done.

    Hello Amariah

I have always been an advocate of the humble acrostic, simply because it is a much underused form. When done properly, they can be an absolute pleasure to read; this is one of those.
    Lovely work,
