Psychosis Scribblings

by Maple Tree   Sep 12, 2016

My thoughts become;

Acid upon a window pane

deep from the depths of my soul,

paint chipping, flesh, splatters

like a stinging rain storm.

These moths will consume the air that I breathe-

soon Ill become the painting

you stare at nightly,

and those voices

shall become real....

very real.

Wow! Really, really dark! This piece is darkly sad and the title really sums up the content of this piece.

Andrea, interesting write, I loved the imagery you put out. A person losing their mind-brilliant as always-loved it!

This has a very eerie ambiance about it, Andrea.
    I enjoyed this immensely.
Old paintings and portraits I have always found to be rather creepy for some reason, especially if the subject is deceased.
    Excellent writing.

Andrea, what wonderful, vivid yet somewhat disturbing imagery only because of the
    'paint chipping, flesh, splatters

    like a stinging rain storm.'
    ^^
This imagery is wow.. Shows how hurt this person is and how they feel unworthy, my interpretation anyway.

    All the best, Em
