Some plants are meant to broken by the wind, to propagate somewhere else, bringing beauty in death. Sorry, that was a bit dark, but that was my first thought after reading this poem. Not many people would use weeds as a symbolism for love, so I applaud you on doing so. (:

    Great write!

Yup, I think so long as the roots of the weed remains intact, then it won't matter what winds may come.

      Thank you for reading.

Interesting thought with a different approach to love. I like the description and thought process of how a weed in a garden can hold so much...nicely written!

Lucero, this is rather thought provoking amd I like the connection of the weeds being love, very unique as always for you.

    1) I really enjoyed this opening stands especially weeds be like your love because people tend to pick weeds but here they are left to grow and become something beautiful.

    2) I really enjoyed this stanza the most as it is now understandable why you used weeds for love because they are easily changable in the wind especially those where you blow and the seeds go all over (can't think of the name) but those are what came to mind.

    3) perfect. All love is different and should be protected for it to be worth anything as people will come a long and try to ruin it

    Fantastic, Em
