Rain Again (Acrostic) (HM)

by Mr. Darcy   Oct 16, 2016

Rivulets cascade
Against this cave,
Interrupting my
Numbing, blissful haze...

Against my walls a
Growing tide, drowning
All the lies inside;
In the stinking pit I rot...
Nailed from the bloody cot.

    Sir Michael,

    is this a repost? ... it's raining inside you and you're dripping. ..hahaha joke. ... Nice double acrostic...

    Thanks Milly. It's just what sprang to mind as I watched and listened to the rainstorm. X

    Michael, wonderful acrostic-very dark subject.
    Depression feels a lot like it's raining a watershed in your head. Drowning would be a respite. Well done-
