Moa. Glad to see a new piece from you I have missed reading them because each piece is individual and unique and I hope you are well.

A poet's sorrow
is missing his pen and paper.

This is sad in itself because it seems we do write our best feeling sorrow so for a poet to lose his or her sorrow is never good but there's love and life we can write about.

He feels suffocated
...squeezed and trampled .

Those words are perfect here because it shows that this poets life has turned upside down (not good but...) it comes to something when you write something this good.

He becomes miserable ,
...introverted from the world
...detached
Oblivious .

I like this part because our sorrow makes us feel like this and somewhat numb to everything around us even the good things.

...He yearns for his oxygen

Love this as oxygen I feel is compared to the poets pain here.... As in he needs pain to write though to write can cause the pain to come flooding back and aswell I feel we have all been there.

....writing his thoughts are his medicine
...that's what connects him with his world.
Writing is his world.

Writing is very therapeutic for us all.
Very powerful ending.
