I Found My Voice

by Everlasting   Nov 12, 2016

I lost my voice...
when my fingers stopped typing on a keyboard.

[ Now, no body could hear me ]

I became mute to my own self,
plus deaf to my own feelings...

[ I lost communication ]

I silenced myself
to the point where silence
became me

but there,
somewhere...

in the mist of my quietude,
you noticed the silence,

and just like that

you
silenced the silence
in me

^^Simply beautiful and to have someone who notices the most quiet and softest thing in you shows how deeply you are cared for as well been looked after...nicely penned dear.

Silencing the silence in me by noticing that there was a silence to notice. What came first, the lack of notice or the silence? I think the former? I guess it's all about attention. We all crave acknowledgement. Without this we may as well drift into the silent shadows where no one will notice us.

Luce this is absolutely beautiful. When we are silenced and people or a certain person 'silences put silence' and shows how much we mean to them and brings us out of our shells with love and care. That's what I got from this anyway, perfect.
