The Sweet Taste of Abuse

Falling through the sky
Broken and Battered.
My beautiful Bright Wings
Have been Torn and shattered.

BOOOM

The whole Earth shakes & Shudders
As I crash down so hard the ground explodes.
Rock and glass fly through the air and,
For a moment Time on earth slowed!

Burned and bleeding almost dead
I rise from the ashes to fight once more.
Seeing thoughts and harsh memories
Filled with blood, guts, and gore

The lust for Abuse sets in,
I look for the Pain I know.
The dark recesses of my brain,
Are finally set Aglow.....

It's super choppy and needs tons of work but I couldnt shake this terrible feeling tonight and just felt the need to post something to give me something else to focus on.

Comment and ways I could adjust it are always appreciated!!

    Hi, this is really good and despite your footnote saying it needs plenty if work etc well it seems good to me.

    1: The opening imagery here is of a beautiful angel falling through the sky with broken wings not because of what's happened in her life but what's happening throughout life, maybe I'm wrong.

    BOOOM
    2: I like this because you have to say it aloud to have more impact.

    3: Love this people thinking its an earthquake but instead its a broken, battered angel.

    4: Very very vivid imagery here of how battered and broke you are...

    5: Once we feel pain it's like we seem to enjoy it but hate it all the same
