My Light

Oh, Lord thank You for everything
At this moment I'm still breathing

i am going to sing the wonder of Your love
And i will honor Your words

i know my mistakes are irreversible
But i know Oh Lord, You are merciful.

Father, please don't leave my side
Hear me please when i cry

i repent for the sins that i've done
This time i will not let You down.

i'm still begging You, i crumble,
i return to You down and humble.

i'll stand for what is right
Let the truth in You shine real bright

i saw You already at the end of the tunnel, You Are my Light.

    I'm really glad to read this write. I can see you are maturing as a write. Every line is very beautiful. Also I see many kinds of emotions in this write, emotions of hope, love and sadness. Which is making this write more interesting.

    I have a great attention at the last line of this poem --

    'I saw you already at the end of the tunnel, you are my light.'

    That line is truly standing out in a very decent position. I personally adore that line the most because it is stating the huge meaning of life. Life in Christ is always been hard for many people, but still we keep on trying hard to cross the tunnel of darkness, guided by the great God's light and grace. Amazing line really. I like this.
