    Its like fear controls you like a thorn that is stuck within and until it is removed every inch touched hurts. Yet when you remove it...it feels so empty...hope that made sense.

    Luce. A short yet very powerful write. I guess if all we know is pain it will remain there in our hearts even in good times because after all we'll be thinking we will get hurt again because that's the norm, right?

      I supposed... but my fear is not getting hurt. My fear is hurting others. In the process I hurt myself because no matter how much I try not to hurt somebody, I end up doing so unintentionally. It's a vicious cycle. I can fight against my fear but I am afraid that if i win, I'll end up not caring about anything. In the meanwhile, overthinking seems to be the way to go.
