Said a Lightbulb

May be I'm broken
And I can no longer hold the light in me
May be I'm burnt
And I can no longer receive the electricity you send to me

(Don't get me wrong, you're still electrifying)

But may be I'm really broken
because your energy used to brighten me up

And now...

look at how dark is this room.

    This is really good. I love your writes as they're always thought provoking.

    The last line I think would read better as "look at how dark the room is." Just a suggestion though, well done.
