Sometimes you need to step back in life,
Take your time, love life and realise that
Anyone could have been dealt this hand but
You are the one that could manage it and

Still come up smelling of sweet flowers, like
Tulips, you're favourites, and as you say:
Remember it's a bad week not a bad year, heed your
Own advice and make use of it before it's too late,
Never forgetting that you are loved dearly and will
Go places that no-one ever thought possible, but me.

    Hey Phil,

    I am becoming an avid reader of yours, this is a really well executed acrostic (a format i'm fond of) something that isn't always as straight forward as it may seem, it can be difficult at times to make them flow and not feel forced, really good job on this one fella!
