The Left

Surrounded by people
You once could call friends
But now what you say
You must defend

Shame is their game
For what you believe
They say they love all
But they’re first to aggrieve

Your thoughts are wrong
And nothing you say
Will stop the attack
Of predator on prey

They shout human rights
Then turn right around
and support those few
that just put people down

Their logic is flawed
And they refuse to hear
That what they are doing
is insincere
