why i write

my words, are my tears
that I rather you not see

they're my darkest fantasies, my most painful pleas
they're my happiest moments, most embarrassing encounters
writing is my only way to not cease to exist

life a big mess, I see plenty reasons to leave
life's a big b***, always spitting on me

I write, for when I speak, everybody laughs
I write, for when I read, my frown turns around

my words are like magic, they make me feel alive,
in times when without them, I'd be as cold as ice

and now look at me, posting them online
the same words that used to be sacred and confined.
this side of me on this site, no one really knows
but every cup spills after getting full.
maybe I want the attention, or maybe I've just had enough
but sharing my thoughts with you, is all that I have got.
