It was an Accident

I love how people say,
when they are confronted on their
infidelity,
that it was
"Just a mistake",
or that
"it was an accident".

Like, how does that happen?

How do you "accidentally" cheat on somebody?

Did somebody randomly
throw a hotdog down your hallway
and you pounded it?

Did you "accidentally" get your key
stuck in your friend's lock,
and you couldn't get it out so you had to
jiggle it back and forth
until it came off?

Did you forget to have money
for the milk,
so you "mistakenly"
let the milkman milk
all over your face?

Was it a "mistake" for you
to let the pizza man give you more
than extra parmesan cheese
and a tip?

Cuz honey,
he SURE gave you more than
just a tip!
