My King

by Maple Tree   Mar 14, 2017

My eyes crystalize like the morning sun,
when you enter our castle's edge.

Teary obstacles leave me speechless,
granting silence during a talkitive conversation.

I've become your queen during an age of peasents,
sippng a gauntlet of wine; we reminise.

They say chivalry has died;
those onlookers- they no nothing
Of our love....

my king.
