Gel, this is a was piece which is beautiful done. Why is it the people we love the most, hurt us the most? I wish I knew too but I doubt any of us will ever know will we unfortunately.

1/ A real kind of love story.. This person is everything to you yet they don't feel the same (my life story lol) and though I feel they have hurt you, you'd make that mistake again must yo be with them for one more day and which of us wouldn't if we were in the same boat?

But how about me?

I like this a rhetorical question and it reads so sarcastically like I feel it should as your saying that you think the world of this person but where do you stand with them and you ask yourself even though you probably already know.

2/ I will get this out the way first.. The first line is abit off putting as it doesn't make sense but an alternative would just be change drowned to drown. That said I like this part because it shows this person felt nothing for you or not alot to watch you drowning and yes I know you probably mean they watched you hurting or they were the ones who hurt you and these kinds of people don't deserve our love but they have or anyway don't they because the wrong people always seem to.
Just keep swimming, just keep swimming (sorry its from the animation finding Nemo)

3/ We will all eventually find peace whether to be alone or with someone who truly loves us, who we connect with etc.

4/ Love will always come with pain because as they say no pain, no gain and it's definitely true in love because we go through all this heartache to fond that one person we will spend the rest of our loves with el I bloody hope so as I've had my fair share of hurting and complete love disasters' that have put me off men for the foreseeable lol. Oh and the ending made me think what if it did start ay the end and end at the beginning then we would come through all the heartache to feel the love we feel at the beginning at the end instead lol, just imagine!!
