Change theory is complex
it explains why people resist it
you got to move around change-
develop strategies that will get people
to suffer less as the change happens
prepare them mentally
most importantly, you give people
time to go through the process of grief
after change has been implemented
I wish I had known this
when I was changing
everything about myself
to get you to love me
I wish someone had told me
about this so called
professional behavior
because I was reckless,
because I didn’t plan anything
my vision was to be a woman loved by you
and my mission was to make it happen
as soon as possible
