SOUHT AFRICA FOUND HIS FREEDOM

SOUTH AFRICA FOUND HIS FREEDOM

South Africa found his freedom,
At last,
Why not me
Whom have I wronged?

The oppression is deeply excelling
Moving with me
To everywhere I go
For me to smile,
I have to steal moments of another time
Which I do not know, when it will come

It makes something else, out of me
Something, I wish not, to be
Asking myself when
When will that time come?
My mind is isolated
Moving as in a marked shire
Yet, so large
Not to me,
I have one life

If many lives be the price of freedom,
The years are beyond my life span
Should I take it as that?
That the liberation, I long for be not coming any time soon

South Africa hath peace now,
His arguments are too minor
Too light
Solved as nothing
Why not me
Just be free, for me to bide.
