I have a rule in life for everything, work, relationships, etc.
'NEVER go back'.
Because back always leads to the same old problems re-emerging. No matter how hard you try to paper over the cracks, they keep coming through. Thats just me!
I hope you manage to move forwards and find new experiences that pale the last one into insignificance.

I know what that's like, sometimes it's best just to pick yourself up and move on... time will lessen the pain you feel. And I also know what it's like to be the one left with all the feelings.
