Rainbows From Above:

by Scott Cole   Apr 28, 2017

It's seven chosen colors
With overlapping hands,
In a single-file curved line
Stretched across the land.

That has a little mystery
And maybe a pot of gold,
Somewhere under the rainbow
Is how the fable is told.

It's appears above the ground
Just shortly after the rains,
With neon colors flowing
In the sky and in my veins.

We only get the side view
As amazing as that might be,
That's usually just enough
To satisfy both you and me.

But have you ever wondered
What they look like from above,
Those beautiful arching rainbows
That will make you fall in love.

It's a view only seen from Heaven
Only a sight for Godly eyes,
For the Father and all his children
That's saved and then baptized.

It's the most glorious perception
Of a rainbow and all it's decor,
All those happy thankful faces
That's weathered another storm.

For each one of us is special
A real treasure in God's mind,
But we'll remain in total darkness
Until our salvation is not denied.
