This is absolutely wonderful and I love how it could be about a person a place or even a specific memory, depending on how you connotate certain things. Despite being a sad write there is a very greater turn towards happiness at the end and I think that even though this is very simple it really screams of your heart and soul towards whatever inspiration you had.

Love can not be avoided or evaded,

It will hunt you down and it is relentless. You can try to fight it and you will loose.
You can try to hide but it will always find you.

Sometimes we think we are impervious to it. ! We are not !

We are born to love and loss. It's not easy being mortal yet we continue and we endure.

There is only one other option and I refuse to accept that choice.
