Thanks Mossgirl, I have been teaching it for many years. I have written a number of poems based upon the Bible, if you have the time read my poem called; Esther, what a knockout! I love this poem as it brings such great honor to this Jewish Queen who the Lord had sent to marry a fierce King. |

No apologies needed, I always appreciate your comments Em! I remember years ago working with an Orthodox Jew, he knew that I was a Christian and said to me; you Christians are always trying to convert us! I never said one verse to him, we became such good friends and he taught me some Yiddish and how the Orthodox would act when a "Gentile" was near. Some other Jewish workers actually thought I was Jewish as I was able to speak to them using familiar Jewish greetings like; Mish bucca (Spelling?) which means "Family" I miss Milt Ruskin. |
