Hold Me Down

I'm insecure; please strap me down.
Before I tumble back into my doubt.
Once I fall in, I can't help myself.
The sides are too steep to climb out.

You've lifted me up so quickly,
There's no hope of reaching the floor.
And this little bit of air you breathe into me,
Leaves me gasping and begging for more.
