Insomniac mania

by Michael   Jun 11, 2017

Dream catcher please let me
fly away with you, faraway from
this ashen; pale hue
We can float up together on a
fickle adventure.

Abstract scenes, where Picasso's
playground is
found
A dubious looking roundabout
with palms that lure,
and protrude out
from its menacing frown.

Swings with seats, brushed with
harlequin paint
Swinging then freeing from chains, on a
journey to somewhere more tender
and quaint
Where the tone of the sea shimmers Jadeite. And
the sky above an innocent, pure lily-white

The reflection of the moon
blanches bees, resting upon luminous
honeyed leaves
Sucking pollen from lollipops
nestled within scarlet-coloured
Christmas trees.

And when I awake, I'll know that I've
slept in a profound sort of sleep.
As even a nightmare now, would be
a savoured and sacred keep!

...... so but again...

I scrawl and brawl with thy
passion; thy love
That really doth surpass all of
the above.

....however my insomniac mania

comes with a rigid condition
the endless path of a
rude awakening,
of
Perdition.
