I'll Carry You In My Pocket

by AnnaCG   Jun 14, 2017

Follow me love, I'll pick you up
And place you beside my heart
Snugly inside my pocket
There's no need to be apart

Hold on, it may get bumpy
But if we see this through
I'll do whatever I can to build you up
And if you fall, I'll carry you

But for now, just know I love you
Dream of how we'll change our lives
Patience isn't our strong suit
But until that day arrives

We'll carry on through tiny screens
And like satilites mistaken for stars
Close your eyes and make a wish
Someday it will all be ours...
