I agree with Mel! This write is extremely raw and well written- full of so much emotion...the confusion, the heartbreak, the hope... it is absolutely terrible when we lose a close friend. It's even more terrible when we don't know why. So much love and peace to you, hon! <3

N this is extremely powerful and sad and all too relatable it's difficult but you are strong and I know it'll be hard because you are a very caring person... I truly hope this isn't about who I think it's about !!!

This really is sad to read, Naomi. Friends are fickle creatures aren't they? That is why I choose the life of a loner...except for my three children, wife, two dogs, cat, fish etc. Anyway, you get the point. It's lovely to have friends but, unfortunately, they often seem to cause more harm than good.

The depth of despair caused by s loved one shutting the door is huge. Well captured in your poem. I wonder if when it happens to them further down the line will they have grown enough to consider the pain they caused others in the past. What goes around comes around as they say
