Nine Years Old

by Allie   Jul 6, 2017

She begged you to stop. She said " please don't don't this" "it doesn't have to be this way".

Her stomach sinking about as low as it can go. She's screaming for the pain to just go away. She wasn't ready this. She wasn't ready for your fist.

She's crying not knowing what to do.
Come on man, she's only nine years old. She's sorry for making you upset.

She just wishes you would understand. That she doesn't mean any of it. She'll do what you say. And she'll lay there and she'll stay.

She'll do anything to satisfy you. As long as she's breathing at the end of the day.  She'll say anything as long you smile.  Just for a little while.

She's not quite sure what's going on.
She begged you to stop. Now she's just left here to rot.

Well written piece with strong visuals about a dark and uncomfortable subject. I hate that these things happen in the world
