Larry, yet another eloquent piece you have written here and within a few lines too. Your work whether lengthy or miniscule always seems to make me laugh, cry or smile along which I feel is always good I'm creative works like this.

Title: made me question what has to be done and by whom obviously until I read the content which is fantastic in including the title as a fourth line.

I had to laugh at this because I imagine you and your good wife bickering (as we all do with people we love) and you just bringing some humour or atleast trying to bring in some humour but (like many women) she doesn't have it and just goes on and on and you anyway until you give in possibly muttering under your breath though. It's a funny scene unless it's happening to you though, right? That's just my view but I agree with mossgirl misconstrue is a fantastic word and you used it perfectly.
