SOS- Act before its too late

The parks seem empty, devoid of sound.... Hardly a child prancing, gleefully, around.... The slides are unused, the swing stands still... Games are all over, but no children to fill.... Active sports which were a craze, traded for a joystick... Laptops, mobiles and video games providing the new"kick".... Children content exploring, the world in their gadgets, cool.... With the child sweating outdoors, getting termed as "the fool". With the world getting more smarter, choices galore too... Kids adapted, turned rigid, became difficult to woo.... Advice to play outdoors, our kids no longer heed... They feel they know it all, just don't see the need... But who's to blame for this, technology of today ??? For not involving kids outdoors, keeping gadgets at bay??? Can we from their packed schedule, some moments of play, steal ?? Its easier said than done, Introspection may reveal. But all is yet not lost, our kids, may still understand... To discipline from early days, we have to play our hand.... To manouvere them outdoors, break their addiction net.... To lead by example, seems easily the best bet ????
