God's Gift:

It's the reason the World goes around,
And why smiles are no longer frowns.

It's the glue that keeps marriages together,
And it's the code all hearts are measured.

It's the complete tool to build up a friend,
And all the time that a family does spend.

It's why the defeated Devil never will win,
And it's the only reason that hate doesn't begin.

It's a patch for a depleated broken Soul,
And that clay mold that makes us Whole.

It's a road map to a much brighter Future,
And the medicine that provides us nurture.

It's that peace of mind happiness brings,
And it's a connection without any strings.

It's the example God provided for all of us,
And it's why our kindness shall never rust.

It's the only recipe for a blessed Life,
And that special eraser for our sins and strife.

    I really enjoyed your view of love - I feel it can be so diverse from person to person as many of us have been truly hurt in love or through the eyes of depression feel it isn't worth it as we are dragging the other person down so to speak anyway I'll save you from a long winded comment and congratulate you on a well rhymed piece.
