Welcome to Hell

by deeplydesturbed   Aug 17, 2017

Falling through the earth to the darkness below
As if it were a clear night with no lights
The stars hidden away, the moon a no show
Something just doesn’t quite sit right

I’m

Deep down the rabbit hole I go
Just like Alice, but it isn’t the same for me
will it ever end I don’t know
I can never be set free

~ I’m failing ~

Time is at a standstill
as I reach the iron gate
the smell worse than landfill
stagnant air filled with hate

~ Forever doomed ~

A pitch black never seen before
shadows cast longer across the fiery ground
ready to pounce with the open door
quietly moving without a sound

~ Never alone ~

You are never alone wherever you go we will follow you.

But if you can avoid coming here it would be great, actually there isn't enough space for two.

As you know I am already here, the Devil himself!

Nams, a true write from you. Knowing your struggles, we have to hit the bottom before we go up. Hell is that place, we battle in our hearts and minds. You got this! Hugs my friend-

A very deep piece that is beautifully written and full of emotion. Even though it's sad, it's a wonderful write. Well done

Naomi, well I'm back to comment in full apologies I didn't have real time earlier was packing for holiday Monday. I really liked this piece because it oozes with rawness and emotion though I must say I find it difficult to think of words that may help because I have been here and it feels like there's no way out of this hell you speak of because it's a long way back up when you reach rock bottom unfortunately but there is only one way and that's up - hard I know but it's true.

The title was appealing because I feel like I'm there and fighting it each and every day so I think hell isn't hell at all (if that makes sense) but infact the life you are living because each day feel like a battle and like it's not going to ease but We're alive and that in my opinion takes strength when everything and everyone seems to be fighting us.
There are days when infact we do feel like we're going crazy like Alice felt and then other days we feel like we're on top of the world - there seems to be no in-between which makes the hard day's feel impossible and long winded and the easier day's feel like they end to soon.

I wish you all the best

    Hey Miss Nams
Love the format of falling ( not as that's a good thing :)
But a really good piece, again full of emotion.
I hope it takes you somewhere good
    Much love
    Michael x :)
