This Thing

by Mandy   Aug 24, 2017

Amused yet broken
Raging inside from the silence
lunatic, laughing, screaming
standing still
ripping me apart
white hot
burning, my eyes strain
my body vibrates
the pain singes my insides
searing me with the intensity
hair in clumps, trailing from my fingers
tear stained face
tight with the flood of emotion pouring out
you fill me
my mind consumed by your presence
eating at me
alive and flailing, this thing
this monstrosity
disgusting
making me sick
sicker every second
God, I love you.

Brilliant imagery, wonderfully dark and a great ending!

    All the best,

    Ben
