Stardust & Dreams

by yogi73   Sep 2, 2017

Any man sits on top the hill
of a thousand faces. Any man will
sit and tell you charms of all
that you wish to hear.

Any man will point to the sky
and tell tales about the Queen
and her mate towards
the southern star.

Any man cannot be real. Who is
he that sits before me? Who
does any man think he is?
Should any man come before me.

Any man has laughed and gotten high
while staring at the moon.
They have pondered the
greatness of any mans' existenence
as humble as any man could be.

Will any man love you as
I have loved you? Will any
man feel your touch, as I
have felt your touch.

Any man is made up of stardust.
Any man is made up of dreams.

Yes... there is ultimately that difference in 'quality' that will become noticeable sooner or later.
    Smart writing, yogi.

Hmmm...true, very true for any man can come and charm one's
heart and swipe you off your feet but it will never be the same or
true like the one who loves you true...nicely penned!

Sorry it took me some while to comment...hope all is well
    with you, take care
