Brenda, you could have titled this poem shining star or no strings attached, but you titled it 'Dad'. |

B.H., thank you so much for such an elegant break down of my poem. It is exactly what I wanted to convey to her after her dad had passed. It had been a tough couple of years with him in and out of the hospital and to see this person you always looked up to struggling, you just want to be able to assist them in any way you can. Hugs! |
This is very touching and he would feel extremely honored. Sadly I can't relate to my father but your friends dad was a great person. All the best as always Hugs |

Thank you, she was comforted by this. |
although this was written for your dear friend, i feel the love and pain that must mirror inner feelings. this is written so well that it choked me as I read the palpable emotion. well done. |

Much love to you Em. It's never easy when you don't have that type of relationship with a parent and others do. Or you never really had the chance to. I'm mostly thankful she's had these years to be with her dad and I greatly appreciate your kind and wonderful words,to me. Hugs my friend- |
