You never let me live

I was sitting on the couch last
night flipping through
channels to find something to watch when I came across
An old movie I used to love-
But totally forgot about.
I decided to watch it and enjoyed it no less than I had the last time
I seen it;
Three years ago.
And again today I was eating an early dinner before work
And my dad turned House on;
Yet another tv show I'd totally
Forgotten about.
It made me realize that during and after our relationship ended
I'd forgotten about all the things I
Love and therefore never did
Them anymore.
No wonder why I lost myself;
You never let me live.
