My Everything

by Sherry Caayupan   Oct 10, 2017

You are my strength,
I could live
a day with only one cent,
Just in your arms,
my life is perfect,
No diamond or
gold ring could ever compare;
Love is a treasure,
love is you and everything,
I am yours, no one can measure,
What we have,
not a tangible thing;
Your looks is a gemstone,
A face that made
blue-blood slaves,
While men who
walk with scarce loans,
Bestow you with love
rich in the month of May;
Our love is,
even if passing through time,
Never went dry
and too old,
Only with one kiss,
our lips will tie,
We will forever
be undeniably bold...

    I am so humbled, enchanted, and in love, reading these wonderful words of you. Reminding me that there are still hops for humanity in this deceitful, loveless world.
