Talk the talk

by Postguied Parnell   Oct 11, 2017

This has been a long time since.
A long time coming like the end of this sentence.
A long-sword thrust and there is my vengeance.
And I won’t spit till I have someone to match wits.
A half-fit, master of ad libs to reap havoc on a beast-o-matic thesaurus.
Like the good ole asthmatic emphatic with the rampage re-course.
And of course on the same page blow me away with
A proper introduction… like, oh what do I say?
Now...before I run away with the lane change.
I don’t want you to get lost playing this game of brain age.
I’m the same age as some people you probably didn’t know.
But I’ll tell you what, I guess I can make this um like... really flow.
Sorry, I guess you didn’t know. I guess I could’ve told you so.
I’m more like a harvey dent who really never had a foe...
Like a dark side that never went dark side because my hide is always really way too young to die...
My free WiFi will fly by all of the little skylights and sly guys sitting in their offices listening to their hi-fi.
A wordsmith who wont sit.
A poet while I walk.
All you gotta do is talk the talk.
