A very cutting piece, Kitty that speaks nothing but sense. However, humans often do not listen to sense! How many times do we come across people who - in asking our opinions - are only seeking some kind of reassurance/affirmation for what they already believe so when they hear different, it doesn't go down well at all!

This poem is so so good, i think it connects with me so well because i am so honest with everything i do and say to others. We live in a society where being honesty is frowned upon and its not a great way to live. Because people are so offended by everything anyone does. Someone could cough and someone would be offended.

I do loke how this seems to be a point of view poem as well, the language you used speaks that. You used "I" a lot do that tells me personally as the reader these words are through your eyes and you are speaking to a person or in general. It seems like you are standing up for your opinion on something and the world needs more people like that.

The structure of the poem is great and the rhyming does it justice. The rhyming is fantastic because it flows smoothly and is not forced at all, which makes thiis poem great. Overall it is well written.

I for one think honesty is always the best policy and there's no use sugar coating things to make someone feel better because in the end it'll come back to haunt us so even if there's sadness in the truth it's always a must even white lies can hurt us even if they're meant well anyway I digress fab piece with a fab message and rhyming

Honesty isn't the best policy.....in my eyes its the only policy, cowards and A holes lie as they lack the moral integrity to do anything but.
