So there is a lot to this that I could say and should say, because umm hello, our reasons! But for now as far as the comment alone is concerned, I like the flow to this and how easily everything rolls together and off the tongue. I enjoyed your word choice and the devices you chose to tell this story with, like the repetition of the tribe and lonely comments - yet it wasn't direct repetition because you found new ways to describe it each time (wonderful). I think your stanza breaks were artfully done and your style was crafted just so for you and your readers to be emotionally filled. Nice write. Call me, we'll talk about the rest.
